Sound familiar?

AI was supposed to save you time. So far it’s mostly added stress.

If any of these sound like your week, you’re not behind. You’re normal.

Buried

Your day is already full before you open ChatGPT.

Email, meetings and pings eat the hours you meant to spend on real work. Learning AI feels like one more thing on the list.

68%

of knowledge workers say they struggle with the pace and volume of work. Microsoft Work Trend Index, 2024

Untrained

You’re expected to use AI. You never got trained.

Your boss, your clients or your competitors are using it. You got a login, maybe. Not a lesson.

39%

of people who use AI at work have gotten AI training from their company. Microsoft Work Trend Index, 2024

Burned

You tried it, and it gave you confident junk.

A polished answer with a wrong number in it. Now you check everything twice, or you stopped using it.

57%

of U.S. workers say they’ve made mistakes in their work because of AI. KPMG and University of Melbourne, 2025

Unsure

You don’t know what’s safe to type in.

Client names, numbers, contracts. Is that okay to paste? Nobody gave you the rules.

46%

of U.S. workers admit uploading sensitive company information to public AI tools. KPMG and University of Melbourne, 2025

Behind

You worry the people who get this will pass you.

It’s not that AI takes your job tomorrow. It’s that someone who uses it well does your job faster.

66%

of leaders say they wouldn’t hire someone without AI skills. Microsoft Work Trend Index, 2024

Stuck

Too many tools. No idea where to start.

ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, agents, automations. Every week there’s a new one and a new expert.

72%

of small business owners not using AI say they don’t know enough about the tools. ICIC survey of 3,752 owners, 2024

The real problem

It’s not you. It’s that nobody showed you.

If you’re like a lot of people, you learned AI alone: a free account, a few videos, a bad first answer, and back to doing it the old way. Slack found 61% of desk workers had spent less than five hours learning to use AI.

You don’t need another hundred tips. You need to watch someone do real work with AI, see the prompt, see the check, and ask why. That’s the hour.

FAQ

Questions before you register

Straight answers, including the skeptical ones.

Is The Best AI Class really free?

Yes. The class is free to attend. It’s a one-hour live class on Zoom on Thursday, December 3, at 12 PM ET.

When is the class?

The class is Thursday, December 3, 2026, at 12 PM ET, and it runs one hour, live on Zoom. You’ll get the Zoom link by email right after you register.

I tried ChatGPT and the answers were generic or wrong. Why would this be different?

Most bad answers come from vague prompts and no checking step. In the class you watch a real task done start to finish, including the prompt structure we use and how to check the output before you rely on it.

Is it safe to put work information into AI?

Not always. We cover what to keep out of AI tools and how to check what comes back. Your company’s own AI policy comes first.

Is AI going to take my job?

We can’t predict that for your job, and we won’t pretend to. What we can do is show you how to use AI on your own work, so you’re the one directing it.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The class is for people who want to use AI, not program it. If you can use email and a web browser, you can follow along.

I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Yes. The class starts from practical basics. If you already use ChatGPT, you’ll pick up better prompting, agents and automation.

Which AI tool should I use?

The live demo uses ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini, and we cover which assistant fits writing, research, analysis and images. You don’t need to pay for any of them to attend.

What do I need to join?

A computer or phone with internet. A free ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini account helps you follow along, but isn’t required.

Is there anything to buy?

The class is free. After you register, you can add an optional companion workbook for $47, and at checkout you can add The AI Table, our monthly membership subscription, for $1 for the first month. Starting 30 days later, it renews automatically at $67 a month, billed monthly, until you cancel. You can cancel yourself anytime from your account. No refunds. You may also see an optional offer for The AI Table Accelerator, an 8-week program. All of it is optional.

Will you try to sell me something?

The class is free, and the hour is about practical AI. We may mention other AI Foundry School programs or our consulting firm, Believe In More. Any next step is up to you.

Who teaches the class?

Chris Lavin and Nate Armstrong of AI Foundry School. Chris has used AI for three years to build advanced apps and software for satellite communication, ESPN and Royal Caribbean cruise ships. Nate has used AI to help build manufacturing facilities and acquire real estate.
